Hi,

I am working for an international bank in Dubai. I am on outsource visa.
I complete my 1 year by Feb End this year..
I am on Unlimited Labor Contract
On my appointment letter its mentioned that i will get a ban for 1 year when i leave before completion of my contract and i will not be eligible to work in any bank or take outsource visa for 1 year
Now on my labor contract it states has unlimited contract but also towards the end it states has additional rules that i will get a ban for 24 months if i leave and would not be able to join a bank till then..

Now i am confused on what is right and what is wrong!!

I have an offer from a company in Abu Dhabi, this company is a Government Company and they told me i would be on Government Visa so there would be no labor contract for me...

Now i wanted to know after my 1 year completion in this company if i plan to join the government company in Abu Dhabi can I get a NOC from my present employer ???

Also on my labor contract my contract starts not from Feb when i was hired it starts later (date i am not sure but i will post it later). In my offer letter its dated 28th of Feb has my joining date and all my salary letter which i got form the company also states that my joining is from 28th Feb.. so ideally i should be completing my 1 year on this Feb 28th correct??
